Ford Racing fuel pump

Due to the recent missing, hitching, plug fowling, hard starting problem my car is experiancing, I've come to the conclusion that I need a new fuel pump.(I hope) Since there are a lack of fuel pumps out there for 98 gt's I have a limited selection. I ran across the 98 mustang high flow fuel pump by ford racing. Anyone had any experiance with these? Also will this work with my stock mustang? I don't want to spend $200 and still have a sick pony.

A '98 stock [4.6L 2V] pump will deliver 150 L/h (39.7 gph), same as the '98 Cobra pump (according to the shop manual). If you do not plan to add a supercharger or nitrous, the extra flow provided by the FRPP pump is really not necessary. Until you near the magic 300 rwhp mark, I suggest replacing the sick pump with a stock pump.
