Ford Racing Parts C-springs

No one really addressed this in my KYB thread so anyone have opinions on these springs?
-How much did they lower the car?
-How is the ride?
-Anyone recommend a different set of springs?
-Pictures would be sweet.

I had them in my 94 GT. But that doesn't really do any good here does it. It lowered the car about 2" up front, and ever so slightly less in back. The ride was somewhat harsh, I have ridden in worse though, but I also had stock shocks. Be prepared to scrape on quite a bit of stuff with them.
