ford ranger stainless header?!

I've seen two of these on ebay(and so has everyone else apparently!When it has 6 days left and its already bid up to $60 ?!). Do any of you guys know if I can buy one of these from the ford dealer parts counter(I have an SVO dealer in town)and if so how much. Went looking for one in a good boneyard today only found manifolds! Aaaargh!

If its the ones I think your talking about those are stock tube headers. The add states its a stainless but I'm not sure on how true that is, since stainless should rust and those have some rust on them. As for Ford still selling them I'm not sure but I bet you could buy it on ebay cheaper
