Found a pic of my first 5.0!

lol sorry to open a thread but i was digging around my pc and found a folder full of some of my old pics...here is my ol' gt, it had a unique hood and wing? the hood was a 3inch vented cowl? and the wing was like a saleen mated with a gt??? im looking for an answer on this? all pics have the same hood and wing. the hood vents can only be seens from one pic. also dont hate on the dirty wheels and poor headlights, they were junk an di had to get all the body work done and prepped for the spray. and this was my DD and i had to drive to work right after i got it back from teh shop.lol the good ol days..... thought i was teh ish with that clean white paint.....

If so, yes. Those are the last two pictures ever taken of it. We had that one and my Capri at the same time and as the Capri was being built, this one was almost finished. Just needed the wing. It had different rims on it and the Saleen windshield banner when it was taken. The rims on my Capri are hand-me-downs from this poor lost Pony.

this is my first, shoulda never bought, rust everywhere, hacked wiring, leaked/burned oil like a sob.

but it was fun, and that stock clutch was sooooo much easier to use than my gt's spec.

The pic in my avatar is from April of 88. A friend had to post it there, cuz I don't know chit about how to do most things on a computer. If I did, I have lots more of that car, and my first love, my 69 GTO, and all the toys in between. The LX I have now is a twin of my first 5.0, I never shoulda sold it. Lessons, youngsters- don't ever sell it, you WILL wish you hadn't. Sweet 442!

Here are some horrible shots of me with my first car - a beat a$$ 85 GT. The thing RIPPED though - or at least I thought so, I was 15 and only rode with my dad...good thing my dad can drive haha it was a good time!

But THIS was the first car I drove with my license - another 85 GT, this one a little bit cleaner and with t-tops

Then i got a black on black 91 LX that I drove my senior year in high school...THAT is the ONE car I want back...out of all 26 that ive owned.

heres a pic of mine, i had to look through 3 computers to finally find the picture, HA!

its a 91 lx hatch, bone stock, a/c didnt work, reverse lights and turn signals were all a no go. got this beauty for 1000 bucks and have been a fox body guru since.
took me a month or so but i got everthing fixed on her and got her to run a 14.2 with some bolt on's. the first 2 were the day i took her home, the third is after a month or so of having it.
