Found old dyno paper in car while cleaning glovebox.

Here is an old dyno sheet. I guess Max Power is power at rear wheels?

The car was sent to the dyno after the new engine was installed. Then it was parked in a shed for a while and I bought the car. The owner said that it has been bored to a 331. Does this sheet look correct? The dyno sheet is 4 years old.
