Just picked this up a few weeks ago, got plans but limited cash and lots of parts came with the car. I'll post pics of everything I did. Please keep in mind I know enough about cars to do most work but I'm not well versed in extensive work. Also due to a work related injury I gave had 2 spine surgeries ending with a fusion and had shoulder surgery so things take me alot longer in time and wayyyyyyy more beer than most people. Since I've gotten the car I have replaced the carpet, front seats, reupholstered the rear seats and cargo area. I've done the brakes all the way around drums, shoes, pads, rotors, spring rebuild kit, self adjuster rebuild kit, cylinders and bent my own lines, and an oil change. After I get inspected I'm doing shorty ceramic coated headers to an off road h pipe , to a cat back (yet to be decided , but I want 1 chambers or spintech), I have a 3 row radiator with upgraded heavy duty hoses, Bbk full length with seat supports bolt on sub frame connectors (if I find someone who can weld I'll pro weld them), I put on new OE headlights and fogs, as well as a new console and ashtray door, lx tails, theres alot of interior parts to fix or replace including the speakers as only one works and I see it had an aftermarket stereo at some point in the last 25yrs. It does need body work and paint but I might do white roll on bedliner? Idk too soon I want it mechanically sound first. But that's my story. Any help would be great or if you are selling performance parts cheaper let me know, here's the pics!

I have been going through just trying to freshen everything up and I think I'm leaking from the rear main or oil pan gasket but I haven't diagnosed it yet it's tough with how bad my back is, it's got oil leaking but not alot, I just gotta figure it out.

Those seats are so sick man I'm so jealous. I want those so bad. I ran into some financial issues so my build is on hold untill may. Your best bet is to add some oil dye run the car for 3k miles and then evaluate where your leak is, but honestly. You can get a master gasket kit for 90 bucks. Pull the tranny do the rear main seal and the oil pan at once. Should only take a few hours. Then do the valve covers.

Yea, I just finished the brakes and found out the hard way the weld draglite wheels on the front needed spacers haha, but I'm selling the wheels and tires they only have 20miles on them. I'm getting the pony wheels put on tomorrow. Then I'm gonna do the hpipe and headers. Waiting for a nice warm day to do the radiator. Thanks for saying the inside looks good. Took me forever and lots of beer. I had my spine fused so easy things aren't so easy anymore lol

Where do you live?

I just realized that sounds a little creepy. I paint cars for a living, if you're close enough I could help you out with paint.

Got a hood for 75bux , painted it (rattle can) in my barn and put it on, looks good imo but it is what it is lol could be worse but could also be better. It's all scuffed up because of an incident I had with the latch getting stuck and not being able to open the hood

I gotta replace the headliner now , just took the kids for icecream and they decided that the ride home would be a good time to finish off pulling down the sagging headliner. Should I just buy some fabric and 3m adhesive spray? And save a few bux?
