Hey guys just came from Checkers and they want like 73$ for a tranny mount for my 95, but only 19$ for a fox mount...WTF

I am putting a TKO in the car, which is a fox tranny I'm just running a driveshaft spacer outback to space everything out correctly.
I am still using my stock crossmemeber.

Will the fox mount work?

Not sure of the differences, but I did just help put a fox body T-5 into a '95 cobra. No fitment problems there.

The tranny itself will not work...the input shaft is shorter, unless he uses a driveshaft spacer (not sure if that works on T-5's)

They quoted me for the 3.8L tranny mount, I found out our mount is only 26$...so no biggy

Well, I have a 3550 in my car and I don't have any problems. As long as you have a Tremec bellhousing then you should be fine. I also have a d/s spacer. Putting a fox body T5 in our cars won't work because the input shafts are different lengths. I think the fox body input shaft(on a T5) is longer. As for the mount, I thought they were the same....

Yah I'm putting a TKO600 in and wondered if the fox mount would work because of the price diff....but that was a goof so I got the 94-95 mount.
As far as the rest of the swap stuff, I'm good.
Bell
Fox clutch fork
D/S spacer
Syncromesh
New Clutch (Cause the spline count is diff)
