foxbody strut help!

so im in a bind im buildin my whole suspension with a street/strip setup and i dont know what to do for struts? ive been looking at the lakewood 70/30's but im not sure if theyd be ok on the street. tell me what you guys think! i need input because im held up until i buy struts.

70/30s are not to bad on the street, but ditching the nittos and go for real drag tires will make a lot more difference. I have run a 13.25@101 with a 1.8 60 ft time on a Hoosier Quick Time Pros and that is it, not control arms, no springs, no nothing other than stock. That's a .3-.4 in just the 60 over your times. Not to mention its a hell of a lot of fun dropping the clutch at 4500 rpms. Once I get a suspension in my car I'll be upping those rpms. With that mph you should run easy low 12.8s high 12.7s

thx for the input guys. the only reason im running nittos is because i was told they last the longest on the street. im thinking of either an et street for track only use. but i was also wondering how many miles the mickey thompson radials last. thx for the input guys im thinkin of going with an adjustable kyb from summit for $120 but is there anything i should know about them b4 buying? thx guys
