Friend needs help with his trans 3650???

he bought a 2002 GT last summer USED and its now got 38,000 miles on it and he didnt know about the TSB on the transmission , anybody got a number for ford customer service that he can call and see if they will take care of him ....???

I can just about guarantee they won't get anywhere near that car unless you want to pay for the TSB repairs. I have a friend who also has an 02 GT and he's just past the warranty range and they've pretty much told him he's ****ed.

ford covered my 98gt when it had some trany trouble when it was just out of warranty range, actually the exact same amount as his friend. so if you get someone nice they might help you out

Exactly. Try to find a local dealer and be nice to them. Hell, bring them a dozen donuts...LOL.
