my balljoints are bad, my friends ordering me the stuff for them, we were going to go to a junkyard and get some front a arms off a 4cyl (all thats there) and put the new joints and bushings on that, so we could just switch the a arms out, but i dont know if they are the same? are they? police/taxi ones are too expensive for me..

side note : foxes come with trac-loc limited slip right?

I know that all 79-86 gts, lx, 4 cyl use the same spindle. And the 87-93 4 cylinders use the same spindle as 79-86. And i dont think you can use the 87-93 gt control arms on the 79-86 because the ball joint is different. So maybe if you just use 4 arms with a gt balljoint. It might be the same anyways im not for sure. Test it out and try. I would like to know.

The front control arms are the same. The 8cyl has stiffer ball joints and harder bushings. (Suppose to anyways)
