I already have a five lug/ 4 wheel disk conversion but it was done back in the day using the lincoln brakes. what all do i need to change to get some new front brakes that will allow me to get some rims that look good. ( dust cap is in the way)

Dust cap clearance problems have plagued consumers and wheel manufactors for years on the fox bodies with either factory 4-lugs or older 5-lug designs. The only fix I am aware of is converting your front spindles/rotors to '94 or later SN-95 style which opens a ton of possibilities for wheels. Baer brakes packages it's front brake kits with these spindles for fox bodies. There are a couple of aftermarket companies that sell 5-lug rotors for your style spindles but I believe they couldn't fix the cust cap issue.

He already has 5-lug on his Saleen. They come with SVO style brakes.

Because of this, you may run into problems with offsets. The rear disks are 1.25" wider each side. On the SVO, they use longer front control arms to match the rear offset so they can run the same size wheels up front. Saleens i think use a staggered offset wheel setup?? Unsure on that but if they don't then that means the front control arms are longer.

I know 2005+ Wheels will fit on the SVO's and the offset works great. MM&FF put a few different types of 05+ wheel on including the bullitts and they seemed to make it seem like it was a direct bolt on. SOme 05+ bullitts or 06+ 18" wheels might look cool on the Saleen.
