Howdy folks.
I have a quick one for y'all. I don't visit the spring threads too much (dial-up issues with 20 thousand huge high-res pics) so I could use some friendly advice.
I have Mach 1 springs on the '88 GT vert. They're ok but I have a big ol' gap between the front tires and fender (FWIW, I have new ES spring isolators all the way around). I have an extra set of front C springs that I'm considering installing.
What do you all say? Are the C's really as harsh as some make them out to be? Before installing the Mach's, I compared the C's to the Mach fronts and they looked similar sans being a little shorter. What should I expect drop-wise when going from the Mach's to C's? 3/4" or so?
If S&2B's sees this, I don't mind rutted roads and all that. I live out West.
Thanks everyone!
