Front control arms stuck

i just did this this week to put urethane bushings in while i had it apart for lowering springs. i guess i am the only one who had the bolts just slide out like they were new...the biggest pain i had was being pissed that i had to unbolt and move the rack and pinion unit forward about 6 inches to get the friggin drivers side front lower control arm bolt out. id have really been pissed if i went through what you guys did. i wouldve left the old bushings in it if i had to face that. they really didnt look that bad, i only replaced them because i was there anyway.

the rear lower control arms had some rusty bolts. the lower arm to the axle housing bolts were heavily rusted. they came out fine, but were significantly corroded. i had to go ahead and reuse them for the time being as no ford dealer within 90 miles had any in stock and i wanted it done. i'll order some next week and swap them then.
