front end help!

creaking in front! need some advice asap

hey i have this awful creaking noise when i turn the wheel or brake hard comming form the front end. i tried using some white lithium grease to spray the usual bushings that may casue it and that didnt work... i have heard that this could possibly the the lower ball joint? or the tie rod end? could the srpings casue this kind of noise? i nee dhelp on where to start looking and what i have to replace!!!!

Have that exact problem right now in my 98. Jacked it up and shook everything and ball joints and tierods feel tight....but the car creaks and is unstable in the front end . Gonna just do the B/J's and TRE's for good measure.
