Just finished redoing the Front end of my 65 Mustang nod to Roj, and to Greg (owner of LA Mustang)
Bought my "kit" from Greg at LA Mustang and have to say he was a great help and put together a great kit for what I needed. I am quite pleased with the service and quality of the parts.
Basically replaced my entire front end setup, Uppers, Lowers, and all of the other stuff. Parts had Moog bushings, nice steel, basically the Scott Drake stuff. I went with open tracker roller spring perches which I bought..lol years ago. (Project has been on hold for about 3 1/2 years.)
Got everything installed, did the alignment (pain on the right side because of the 351w pipes) but have to say I am happy I did it, because she drives nice and straight and smooth
Using a unisteer manual rack btw. I was surprised the difference it made in the parts as now my 65 feels a lot more planted in the road.
Next I need a tilt steering setup, and its time to run my exhaust all the way out through the rear valance. Tired of the dumps, and heh I think thats the reason the temps in the car going up..lol Then its on to the interior again, and finally some touch up paint.
