front runners question

I'm in the market to get some front runners. Does anyone have them, if so let me know what brand wheel and tire. also what type and size of wheel spacer will be needed. I'm looking to spend between 600 to 7 something dollars.

17x9's up front with 275's is way too much for the track. I need 12's, hopefully this will help a bit. 13.362 yesturday
