I put some A/R 15x7 rims with a 3.75" backspacing and 215/65 Indy 500 tires on my 68.
If I hit a dip in the road my front tires catch the chrome trim, it pulls the inside edge of the trim down, it happens more often when i'm turning and then hit a drip.
I'm assuming the side wall is just catching it.
My suspension is all stock with new shocks. It just seems funny I see others with wider tires with the same rim specs and they don't get any rub problems.
Can you think of anything that I should check out?
