Front wheel "hopping"

Something strange has been happening lately...

When I make a full wheel-lock right hand turn at a slow speed (to park my car in my garage), my front right wheel seems to "hop" and it makes a corresponding noise to go along with it ("clunk" "clunk").

I haven't hit anything nor banged anything, so I know I didn't break anything by getting into an accident.

Any ideas?

Yeah, slap a set of 4.10s in up front and you'll thank me later. :rlaugh:

Check your ball joints by getting the front wheels off the ground, then pull up and push down on each wheel to see how much slop you have. Check your bushings and end links for your stabilizer bar too ... maybe they're worn or need a shot of grease ... or maybe just loose. Have a look at your steering links too.

BTW ... While you're under there ... you can also thank Ford for giving us sealed front end parts so they can dry-up and we can't ever grease them, THANKS FORD!

I wouldn't be surprised if that's the whole problem ... just needing some grease.
