ok, so which is better on ride quality then, the B's or C's? i don't care how it rides really, it can't ride any worse than it does right now, with busted struts up front. right now it is worse than a horse and carriage, that's how rough it rides now. this car has not been abused at all, the previous owners did not know what they had when they sold it, and i wasn't about to tell them, for $1900 i got a heck of a deal, even if it blew up tomorrow. i haven't spent a dime on it other two new tires for the front, but it is getting warm around here now, so it is getting tinted friday, and then i just bought a bunch of stuff it really needed to tune it up real good, all in all, even if i lower it, i still won't have over $2600 in it. and it is pretty reliable for a car with 176K on it. don't smoke, don't use oil, the only thing is the rear main just starting leaking, but not enough to worry about right now.

Bs are supposed to ride better. They are Progressive so they stiffen up more as they compress more, so over regular bumps they are softer. On the other hand C springs have a constant rate throughout so they, in a sense, take a huge bump like they take a small one.

This is also why B's can be a tad more difficult to install i guess

tell that to my wallet and the new BFGs I completely shredded. You very well may need them.

They slammed the front compared to the back which barely dropped. i actually took out all the rear isolators so it would kinda even out better.

I guess not all cars are built the same. Mine checked out just fine and well within spec on the alignment rack.

seeing as you're gonna have it all apart, spend the few extra measley bucks and replace the control arm bushings. You'll be glad you did.
