Fuel gauge and temp gauge always on?

I was wondering it it was normal for the fuel gauge and temp gauge to alway read even when the vehicle key is off? All of my other gauges needles drop but these two. Is this normal operation or is there any ideas on what would cause this?

Well the reason I ask if because they read correctly while running. Lets say the temp gauge is a little above half while running it will stay there when turned off and continue to slowly fall as the car cools. And let's say there is a half tank of fuel while driving it will still read te fuel level when turned off? It doesn't seem that they are getting stuck because the temp gauge moves as the temp goes down when the vehicle is off as if its still reading the temp.

Yes gauges all function normally fuel and temp, bu just continue reading after the key is off. And read real time not sticking, so the temp gauge still fluctuates and goes down as the engine temp goes down once it's cooled off. Fuel gauge fluctuates as well and functions normally but since
It's reading a stagnant level once turned off just reads that level.
