Hi guys. I will be installing 1.7 RR's Trick flow street heat intake, 65mm FMS TB and larger MAF soon. I was wondering if you can get by with the stock 19#er's? I'll more than likley install a regulator with that to increase the fuel pressure a bit. Will I still be running very lean? I do not plan on changing the heads in the immediate future maybe at all. If I do say in 3 or 4 years they will probably be Thumpers Heads. Will it be time for me to upgrade to 24's? Or am I ok with the stockers?

Injector Size

I ran the calculator and you should be ok for up to 240 horsepower. The calculator is free at http://www.virtualengine2000.com if you want to play around with different numbers.

19# injectors are good for up 320hp at the flywheel. You need to crank the pressure up but they can do it. If you around 300 I would bump up to the 24's, but as of now you should be fine. I just noticed you sig.....your fuel pump could be your first fuel problem. That is the weakest link in the stock system if your still on the stock pump.
