Fuel Injector Upgrade

Hey,

I bought a mustang that was in the works of becoming a race car, I assume. Below are the specs the owner gave to me:

K&N Cold Air Intake
Long Tube Headers
Off road X pipe
SLP Loud mouth exhaust
MagnaFLow Exhaust tips
Lowering springs
High volume oil pump with oil pressure gauge
Bama performance Tuner
93 Octane Gas Only
3.55 Gears
Race Clevite bearings
New rings and seals
Caster camber plates
19lb injectors
Transgo shift kit
Performance racing timing chain
BBK Throttle Body

Engine light is on. Fuel injectors are bad. What pounds would be appropriate for the modifications? I do plan on adding more power and speed and I'm not sure what pound to buy.

Thanks

For a NA mustang - 24lbs will cover your needs for a full boltons, cam, and heads 4.6L (low 300rwhp range)

If a power adder is in your future I would look towards 42lb injectors if your goal is under 500rwhp. My goal eventually is low 500 rwhp range so I went with 47lbs. More lbs if you want more (60lbs).

Make sure you get the tunes for your selected injector size from Bama before swapping out the injectors.

Thanks. the car is actually tune. It came with the bama device. I just wasn't sure if I can upgrade the injectors without upgrading other parts to accompany them.
