fuel lines.

can somone tell me all the problems with running 4cyl efi fuel lines in a converter 8 cyl car? the car is carbed, using the origional 90' 4 cyl efi lines. i noticed the previous owner heat wrapped the hell out of the lines when they first come into the engine bay...

well other than the heat wrap you mentioned, they are on the wrong side of the engine bay (for the stock 86-93 fuel rails). the 4 cyl fuel lines are drivers side rear, and 8 cyl lines are passenger side front (to go up the front corner of the block). i personally would swap them. i did in my car.

is the dia. even right to supply an 8 cyl?

well yes, it is the same diameter as the STOCK 5.0 lines. remember, 2.3's and 5.0's use the same (88 lph) fuel pump too.
