Hey guys lookin for a lil advice here. New 190Lb pump, tried two different Accel FPR, both same result when the car is running the FP sits at 41LBs won't go up or down unless I pull the vac line and change it..then it will stick at where I change it too. The gauge is not stuck and she drops down as the pressure bleeds off after a few hours..what would cause the pressure to sit at 40LBS and not fluctuate while driving??

Vacuum leak.

Vac leak where..I have replaced most every line in the vehicle..and trust me with my combo if I had a vac leak I'd NEVER get it to idle. I'm leaning toward the ACCEL AFPR's to not be up to snuff. I just cant figure any other reason why the FP will not fluctuate at all.
