Electrical Fuel Pump Ect..

fuel pump not coming in with key switch, injectors with 2.30 volts, started when I purchased a megasquirt 2pmp, installed , started car 3-4 times, then pulled car out of garage to wash, water hose busted so went to back car back inside, would not start, I installed new key switch, ECM relay, fuel pump relay, still nothing, sent computer back to megasquirt, they said had a diaode installed backwards, I installed another used dash, ECM and engine wiring harness, after megasquirt repair car still wouldn't start, need some advice... Thanks Scott...

Start by looking for power at the fuse links, the power at the ignition coil, then power at the ECM relay and then the fuel pump relay.
