aside from them being stronger...im assuming the full length SFC's are longer then the stock 1's?

where do they full length 1's bolt onto the car? or where do they have to be welded onto? basically, how much longer are they

thanks tarch. can you kinda describe where the the SFC are welded to the frame of the car for me? im trying to convince my dad to let me buy them but he doesnt want 1's that weld in because they wont allow any movement and will just break. kinda how a bridge sways a little bit and if it was rigid it would snap.

hmm they usually all should have jacking points... you may be thinking an extreme subframe connector setup where there is another bar parallel to the subframe connector on each side which reinforces the jacking points

The full lengths I installed had you weld in a torque box reinforcement (welcome addition for drag racing as well) that gives a nice firm flush place to mount them in the rear near the lower control arm. The front end of them mounted flush against the front subframe and the difference was night and day. I'm sure you're aware what it's like driving with out them. The car twists going over bumps and it's kinda like your sitting atop a horse. With the subframes the car just drives. It's rigid, harder to break the tires loose (SOOO Friggin needed in that department), it accells straighter and speed bumps are no longer the PIA they used to be. I opted for the Steeda zinc coated full lenghts with cross braces and torque box reinforcments. Happy as can be with em.
