full tune up on 97 cobra

getting a list together to do a full tune up on my 97 cobra.
i just ordered my msd plug wires and plugs. what else you guys reccomend on these cobras?

-MSD plug wires
-Autolite 764's


-Which weight and brand oil?
-Oil Filter recomendation (heard fram is bad?)
-guessing factory fuel filter
-tranny fluid/coolant flush
-air filter

anything im forgetting?
