Fuses?

After some extremely heavy rain last night (I live in South Florida) I got in my GT convertible this afternoon and my Pioneer radio stopped working - it was off and I couldn't turn it on again. There was a slight smell like something electrical had burned. When I got home my front/passenger power windows would not go up. Could this be an interior or exterior fuse? Suggestions?
Follow up: I just found that my top will not work either.
