88stangboy, those are stock t5's... we are talking about g-force t5's... obviously on a stock t5 everything is gonna break before the case goes, but on a 750 ft-lb track monster,who knows what would happen
obviously many of us are not making the kind of power that it would require to snap a t5 case, so really the choice is yours.... it's about 1920 bucks for all the gearset, mainshaft, input shaft, and rebuild kit to build your own g-force, 2000 bucks (without upgraded mainshaft) to send your to them and have them build it (plus shipping), as opposed to 1649 for a TKO, 200 bucks for a bellhousing, and IIRC you need a 26 spline clutch too, so there's another 150 or so for a clutch disc, but you'll be adding another 50 lbs or so and will need a differet short shifter than the one you've already got (as the stock tko ones are crap i've heard)
