I ran Two 2" pipes to where I planned the service feed. it ran under and up through the footer part of the slab.
Ran 220 service in one, and other ran ethernet and coax cable lines for stuff like security cameras, future TV etc

10K bolted down with redhead lags is a good deal, getting a family price on the pour is a huge saving since it could easily double your cost

Most 275 , ultra , OL 275 etc is 1/8 mile .
