I ordered my Bullitt suspension from them about two years ago.......no major problems other than a poorly packaged box....but it's tough with this sort of stuff.....

but as the first reply said they can be a little scatter brained on some things....

I would order from them again

I ran into a small problem when I ordered my gears from them and this is what I found out.
They have 2 or 3 guys that actually do the processing and the shipping of the parts that you order through the factory parts side and a couple on the FRPP side. Most times if there is a problem with something it is simply a paperwork issue. While that may cause some inconviences remember it is a ford dealership you are dealing with and they have a ton of internet and walk in parts orders to process on a daily basis. If you have a problem just call them up and they will get it fixed usually pretty quickly.

I have ordered quite a bit from them and it seems as the last few orders the customer service has been lacking. When I ordered from them over a year ago I had great service and no problems. I placed an order about 6 months ago and only received half of it even though they charged me for the full order. It took a few phone calls to fix. I ordered 2Cobra bumpersfrom them about 2 months ago about only received one. I was again charged for 2. I called them up and they said they would ship the next bumper right out. Well it took quite a bit longer to get to me than the first bumper and when I received it it was missing all of the hardware. I called and told them and they said they would send it right out. I am still waiting and it has been over 2 months. I doubt if I will ever get it. I don't think I will be doing buisness with them again.
