Ok never had any experience with the strokers and cam in a 1994. I am going to start it this afternoon and i was wondering what to expect and what to do to get it running good enough to go down the road set the timing and what not.

You got NO replies :(

You gave no info about tune, inj size, meter, yada ... yada ... yada

I'll take a shot in the dark and guess you might be trying to make
this happen with the original pcm in its untuned state

Set the tb stop blade screw out a bit and put the dizzy on 10 and
see what happens.

If you got big inj's ... and you should be at 30's or larger ;)

You might not be able to find a very stable idle
especially
If you are running a calibrated meter to match inj size

My focus is on idle O N L Y

With 50 more cubes, the load factors in that pcm are gonna be WAY off
so
I'd not wanna push it in ANY way what so ever if untuned :nono:

yeah i should have said something about the other stuff. 1969 351 heads port polished, f303 cam, 30#ers, Maf to match, trickflow track heat, 75mm throttle body. I did get it fired up and ran ok for 5 min. until stock pushrods wore in the guide plates and a rocker jumped off. (I dont know what i waas thinking using stock pushrods and guide plate with stud mount.) Got new hardened pushrods and guide plates putting them in tomorrow so maby i will get it started and see what happens. What is a good timing for that cam. 14*
