It's plug & play. They are already calibrated by Autometer.

How hard is it to install these gauges...I know you have to remove the needles and all. Is it easier to have someone do it or do it yourself?

With the speedhut gauges you DON'T have to remove the needles. They slip over them

I got one of those off of e-bay for something like 20 bucks about year and half ago. They are cheap, and they have been working great on my car. BUT if you look at my pic(day time pic), you can see that my Volt and Oil gauge is noticebly off center. Other then that, i guess its good. For my old 99 Cougar, I bought Speedhut gauge, and they are more expensive, but quality was top notch. And If I was to do it again, I'll go with speedhut reverse glow gauge and get matching A/C panel, and do it similer to 01 eibach,s(with Ford racing logo on it), and do it in green. You see, One that I have now, although look good, but its bit too bright for me on night...

Saw some white face guages where you could customize them to say "Premium Fuel Only" or put the redline at 7k or whatever else you wanted.
I forget the site that offers them.

They are overlays. I just slid them on over the needles. The glow either green or blue at night

I've replaced my gauges with the Mac's, then with the ebay cheapie glowing face gauges, and finally dropped the 03 Cobra gauges in. I have to say the Cobra gauges are fabulous!
