Sorry if this isnt tech right now, but it will be tonight when I post my #s LOL. Should have the chart up tomorrow. Ok so I have an appointment for 1:00-1:30 PM at a dodge dealer off of 620 in austin, so i am about to leave. Wish me luck guys LOL, hopefully I can put down some decent #s. the weather is sorta overcast today so for a change its not hot, do you think this will help over being bright and sunny? (its kinda tech now i think )

I am no expert but cooler is better when on a dyno, I think. That means more often than not we're s**t out of luck in that respect in Texas, but I would rather have numbers that reflect my actual daily driving conditions anyway. Good luck and enjoy.

Yeah, cooler is good, but cloudy indicates higher humidity which is not good.

many things affect dyno #'s. thats why a good dyno shop will include air temp, barometric pressure, and altitude. today is overcast but dont forget that the humidity is kinda high and that could a hurt a little. the other thing that may not help is you have a custom ram air built for your car. being stationary even with a fan will not provide much air flow. but the gains or losses should be minimal. good luck.

Depends on what your going to the dyno for. If it's just for good dyno numbers then cooler and drier is better. If it is for tuning then you want it similar to normal driving conditions.

Since it's a 5-speed, I say 230-ish, though it should be more.

I've learn to always expect the worst yet hope for the best.

What are you kidding man? The car is STOCK with 230rwhp. You think with all those mods hes STILL making that??? Or were you just being REDICULOUSLY sarcastic and by sayin you expect the worst, you expect him to be at the stock numbers again?

98V6KITT, you WIN! I 248.8/285.0 on the 1st run, 3 mins later ran a backup and it made 248.9/285.9. So im pretty happy with it . The A/F is at a dangerous lv though, it doesnt drop below 13.9-14.0 anywhere and goes up to as high as 16.9 in the first run and 15.9 in the second...at 6K A/F was at 15. Thats pretty bad , peak power is made between 13-13.5 A/F and thats safe. Oh and the car had 250RWTQ from 2K-5200RPM ...the power peaked between 4800 RPM and 5400RPM before it started to drop (flat power from 4800-5400) and from 5400-6K only dropped 15-16HP. It looks like the car loves RPM now, torque was at 205 at 6K...peak torque was at 4100-4200RPMs...it had a nice flat torque curve too. Its really not too bad considering they didnt put a fan infront of it, I had the 66 pound rim/tires on it, and I have 3.73 gears. Had i had the 3.27s, stock tires, and a fan, and the RA dissconected (had to suck air all the way from the front lower part of the car) it would have made an easy 260 like it should have. Anyways, the car needs a dyno tune pretty bad, SO im going to buy VT stg 1 cams and then get it to a dyno..then you should be looking at over 280RWHP. Anyways, nice guessing guys! And yes it was very humid today...oh and I will put the sheet up tomorrow. Thanks for the replies, and discuss my A/F, im sorta worried about it.

So, no one thinks a 14-16 AF is bad? On one run it did go up to 18-1 AF just after he hit it. I hope I dont hurt anything until I get the cams and tune in a month or so. LOL that would suck.
