Between rounds, put the bottle on the passenger floor with the heat blasting on it. Do not use a torch, it structually weakens the bottle, could rupture

Wrap it in a thermal blanket. When you aren't running at the track you have to be creative to keep it warm I guess since you don't have a heater. DO NOT USE AN OPEN FLAME. That is all I am going to say, I don't want to see a death or injury from something stupid like that. Where is the bottle mounted? In the trunk or inside?

i would go with the under the heater idea. that or take a big bucket and see if some of the people in the conession stands will give you some hot water.

Please remember that basic science dictates that the bottle will NOT stay warm just wrapping it in a blanket because the bottle is not producing any heat like you or I would laying under a blanket. So take the advice of putting some type of non flame heat to it.

Well the blanket idea was supposed to mean , leave it inside or in a warm car then keep the thermal blanket on it to keep the heat in.
