Gone through 4 throwout bearings, need help

Ok every since I changed my clutch out like 2 years ago I have continually gone through throwout bearings, I buy them at like autozone/advance autoparts and murrays. Well anyway after a couple months they get really really loud and obviously are going. So I have gone through basically 4 of these bearings, I changed one out in like november of last year and its getting loud already.

Does anyone know why this keep happening?


Is there a heavy duty throwout bearing out there?

yes... stop going to parts stores that carry cheap, inexpensive, poor quality parts.
try original ford parts, they work just fine for 80,000 miles or so .
and its cheaper than you think..especially when you add up the amount of times you had to purchase a no name version.
