Done alot of bolting , unbolting, welding and grinding to come to this conclusion. No P/S,no AC, and maybe no sway bar it looks like. I still think it's entirely posssible to make a kit with it all. But the kit will be too pricey. Too many bends to make it work, to many other things that complicate it, and relocating a ton of stuff. Maybe one day, but the price would be unfairly passed on to the guys who don't run any of this stuff to begin with. Which most of the guys that want this stuff, already won't have. As of right now, no pics. Because there is nothing really to show. But the welds I gotta say are looking damn good. Been doing alot of welding so the looks are up to par. I also gave up on making headers with stainless, too hard to work with, and I'd have to cheat the bends to much to make them work. But the crossover and all the pipping and down pipe are still stainless. It's still going to have a flex pipe. BUT I'm not going to weld it. Gonna use clamps, so if it does go bad after a few years, it's and EASY fix.
So I'll see you in a while again. I moved and don't have internet access as of right now. I SHOULD be getting more pipe here pretty quick. Hopefully have the tubing and tials parts mounted within two weeks.

I talked to a header company about making me headers to fit what I want. It's gonna cost me over 5k becasue I have to buy a bunch of them. Then I can have them where I want, and all the other stuff wouldn't be so hard to dodge. But we'll see. I just want if affordable to us normal guys.

I've decided to keep my 66 stang. That doesn't have a/c or p/s, and I need a new motor :D

how much power can you get out of a stock 87-92 longblock with your setup on pump gas?

I'm going to pull the 351c out and put in a stock longblock, then hopefully some boost. How much longer until you start selling these kits?

The only problems with a stock longblock are the heads. They will make PLENTY of power. But the thin decks of the heads like to lift and blow heads gaskets. Even with ARP studs.
I need to finish this kit, and make the jigs for it. It's about halfway with fitting it up. Then jig it, then tear it back down and make more jigs. I am eyeballing a set of headers that may work. I need to make at least 2 or 3 kits to break even with all the stuff I've bought to figure what's going to work. Spent 400 bucks in tubing so far...:(

10secgoal will post up tommarow, but for right i'm posting up some pics for him.

here are some pics of the headers 10secgoal made to work for his turbo kit...

You damn near need a piece of flex somewhere. I was just looking at a single turbo setup this past weekend and it had a Inconel (sp?) flex fitting that was about 1 3/4" x 4" and cost $200!!!!
That's what's killing me. I can't really catch a break on parts $ wise. Superchargers seem to be a pure profit businsess I tell you what. One head unit, different bracketing.

Anyways guys, the F.P. I think wil be the initals for the company name. Forgotten Performance. Seems appropriate. The technology is moving forward, but most I think for get about the cars that started it all. I think I'm going to do nothing but classics. Fords and chebbies alike.
