Definitely something wrong there. First, pull codes again -- 57 can't be right, the code should be three digits. Second, remove the TwEECer and clean the port on the EEC again. Use a q-tip and rubbing alcohol, and make sure it is spotless. And then clean it again. That port needs to be super clean.
Use the stock MAF and see if that solves your problems. I'm betting that it will. Then order your Pro-M. That will come with the flow sheet you need to dial the car in to that MAF.
I had to actually tape my tweecer all the way to one side of the ecc port to make it function properly. If it does not make a good connection it will go into "limp" mode and cel will be on and car will run horribly. Just my 2 cents.
Did you try to run at all with no calibration? Odd codes to be getting, only thing I could see causing it would be a malfunctioning MAF sensor, or bad connection to it, or a MAF calibration table that is incorrectly configured.
One tip -- always clear the KAM (unplug the battery for a minute) anytime you add/remove the TwEECer or change the calibration.
