You tell me...

Good day: Went to the races last night, was the first race of the night.

Bad day: Launched, got a little wheel hop, sheared all five studs off of the left rear tire.

Good day: Early enough that Baxter's was still open and they had replacement studs.

Good day: An hour later I had the car back on the track.

Bad day: Got up to the line, launched on my second run, lose power to the entire car. It seems that the track crew had hit my electrical shutoff but did not push it in 100%. When I launched the torque must have been enough for the spring to pull the shutoff switch all of the way in.

Good day: Pulled out the switch and everything was fine. Went down the track slowly and came back around in line.

Bad day: My switch for fans quit working - blew a fuse. Replaced the fuse, blew it again.

Good day: I've got the fans hooked up to the EEC to come on when I hit 180 degrees. Raced a couple of runs but was very timid on the launch. 2.0x sixty foots (lifted due to wheel hop), 12.6x @ 112. The bottle is still waiting to be warmed up...

All in all it was a good day. I got to race (albeit only two runs), the car went back on the trailer under its own power and the car seemed to run fine. I did put it up in the air today and found that there is no damage to the underside - the only thing I found is that the rotor got a little scrapage from where it scraped on the track.
