Good deal for TFS heads?

My friend wants to sell me a pair of TFS heads, aluminum, SVT rockers 1.6, springs, fully assembled and ported to stage 2. He wants to sell this for 1300$ USD. They are about 3 or 4 years old and for a 351.

yeah, thats a good deal. i would try to get him down to about 1100 or 1200 if you can though. i would be much happier with a $ in that range rather than 1300.

What kind of TFS heads? Twisted wedge, street/track heat......I may have a sick pair for sale. I took off my AFR 185's so that I could try out a set of crazy street heats but I'm having exhaust clearance issues. So now, I have 2 sets of heads for sale. I'll sell you a really sick set of Street Heats (high ports) and 1 3/4" long tubes w/hpipe for less. They have a few hundred miles on them at the most. The highports require a special header and I have come to find out that the "special" header wont clear the pan on my AOD. The AOD cost more than the heads so the heads gotta go......
