Good deal on a 88 GT hatch ?

I found this 88 GT hatch and I am wondering how much you guys think its worth. Should I offer him less then the $500 he's asking for? No pics, I have to go look at it. Here are some details:

1988 FORD MUSTANG 5.0....RED....RUNS GOOD NEEDS MINOR WORK....VERY NICE INTERIOR...NICE PAINT....MUST SELL...MOVING.
THE MILEAGE IS 192K...THERE IS NO RUST...IT HAS A CLEAN TITLE....IT IS AUTOMATIC....HAS A PIONEER CD PLAYER....THE ONLY ISSUES IT HAS IS IT NEEDS THE IDLE AIR CONTROL SENSOR AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND POSSIBLY NEW BRAKES. VERY CLEAN INTERIOR!
THE TRANSMISSION IS FINE...THE INTERIOR IS RED IN VERY GOOD CONDITION....THE REGISTRATION WILL COST $280.00....I WILL LET YOU TAKE IT FOR $ 500.00 CASH.

Here it is. I went down to look at it today, Engine runs, but will not idle and makes some wierd noises, but everything else looks good. If anybody wants it just pm me and I will give you the girls #.

I was going to ebay it, but I would have to pay to tow it home, and it just ran like crap. To much for me. I would have bought it if it ran better.
