good for 300 rwhp?

i have a 96 gt m5 and am considering:

-stage 2 p&p headswap kit from steen racing
http://www.steenracing.com/products.htm
-comp cams XE270AH
-comp valve springs
-3.73's
-good tune

i imagine she would be pretty quick after those mods. problem is i'll only have around 2500.00 at the most to spend. let me know what you guys think.

id say youd have more than 300hp if you get a good flowing exhaust goin

i have a mac o/r h pipe, and dumped flowmaster 40's

you won't make it unless you have a pi intake, and all the other bolt ons to go with it...check my sig and see what I made..

are you getting a tune too?

I would not forget some VB mods for the trans.

I'd say you probly have about 250-270 ish right there. Throw on some longtubes, PI intake, upper intake and a TB and you'd be at 300

i dont understand, i just read a post from a guy that put new comp cams in and was at the 285 mark with stock pi heads and boltons. Seems to me if you had aftermarket heads and cams and a good exhaust/intake goin youd be atleast at 300

He also had a bunch of other bolt-ons. With a plenum, tb, headers, maybe pullies and then the cams and headswap he'll be at 300
