good lauching tips??

ok before i never could lauch my car worth a poo.
But today i just somehow aquired the ability, its easy. My friend was driving my car and he feathered the gas and somehow it stuck in my brain and now i launch much better.

anways what i have been doing, rev to 2k or maybe 3k, dump the clutch, while giving it some gas get the rpms up. Let off the gas real quick and hold the rpms steady until it sticks. which only takes maybe 3 secs if i do it right.

how do u guys launch??

no...i rev my car up between 2k-3k and dump the clutch and feather the gas until it catched traction. (at least that what i think...its been awhile since i've raced)

2-3k dumpage on street tires is useless. the best way i launch is just like normal driving, only roll into the throttle on that thin line between the most throttle and no tire spin

I rev to about 2-2.5k and let out on clucth easy(but not enough where ur slippin it real bad) and give about 1/2 throttle and when i hit 2nd i puch it(i have 4:10's) Thats with 245/50/16 and i still get a little tire spin(maybe 5 ft)
