If you live downstate or on Long Island you are probably familiar with the dyno emissions test. It severly limits what mods you can get away with. I had my car inspected Saturday. Turns out that the law has changed. If your Mustang is a 1996 or newer, they just plug into your EEC and look for a "Check Engine" light. No more dyno. They don't even have to raise the hood.
. I used to work at a shop in westchester where we had the dyno. Those were pains in the ass. All vehicles 95 and older had to be put on the dyno. I think its the same way all counties lower than westchester as well.
