This morning I got from Summitracing BBK polished aluminum underdrive pulleys #1554
Today on on job on launch I was tryin installed in 30 min BUT everything was good except belt, like you guys know long time ago I take smog and a/c accesories out so I was running short belt 820K6 but this belt didn't work with BBK pulleys , little too long , after job I make trip to autozone and advance parts and bought about 10 different size of belts , and I find out that blet 812K6 was perfect
Thank you all guys on help to make good choice of many underdrive pulleys
Like you guys know I like take pics of any project I doing , thats because meybe that gonna help somebody else one day , or I have provement to I did that and I have too many pics on komp and CDs
Here is some pics

Hey Seth, let me know if you have any voltage problems with your pulleys. I am having a big time keeping a charge with my Alum. BBK's. They sure do look nice though.

Shine your aluminum up with fine grit sandpaper start at 180 -220 then 300-400 grit then 600-800 grit, takes time but aluminum can look fantastic polished. Get some good polish at the end.

Nice pullies btw and you are a good man for posting pics and helpful hints.

I think he goes by Wazee. Do a search on Ebay and you might find some. PS-The new pullies look pretty nice.

Mine just showed up today, and they are VERY nice peices. Now if my UD pullies and Romac balancer would just show up.

Anyone know a place a guy can get a billet pulley for an FRRP A\C delete?

First of all Thank you

I bought polished BBK pullyes from summit #1554
http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=BBK-1554&N=120 4294925232 4294923360 302608
Pullyes don't come with new bolts ,you have to reuse stock one, alternator pully don't needed any shim, everything fit 100% except belt, you need shorter belt , I don't have smog pump and A/C and I with that setup I runing 820K6 belt, with BBK pullyes Inow I runing 812K6 belt
Charging is good , only on idle 900-1200 voltake drop from M to R but when I reached 1200rpms voltage comes back to M

I have the same ones with a 750 watt stereo and I have had zero charging problems. I've had them for about a year and a half.
