I am so excited, after being in the modular world for 5 years i got to buy my dream car last night. 85 GT T-Top Hatchback Fox for a heck of a deal. I am so excited. Yes I kept the 98 too LOL

Need some tips for 86 GT

Hey i've got an 86 GT 5-speed,my dream car.I had an 85 lx in high school so this body style of the fox has a soft spot with me.Thing is I only know enough about tuning one to get myself in trouble.All ready having problems finding rims to fit 4 lug.Every mag or parts place only give you options for 87 and up.They did make the mustang before 1987,they made it well.What are some bolt on items that would allow me to get the most out of my car.The person before me also cut of the pipes leaving open headers,so no more sensor that monitors air to fuel.Mustang guy needs some real direactions.

It has no motor or tanny its a rolling chassis, my friend has 3 foxes and wanted to get rid of one so he told me to chose. I had to choose between a 85 GT Hatch Sunroof, This Car, or his 87 all ready build. Of course I went with the 85 GT Hatch T-Top :>

I have big plans but nothing to major, I would hate to ruin the car. I am going to repaint it back orginal colors. Wheels dont know yet, but havent thought much about anything else. First thing I am starting on is Interior & Exterior then I will worry about what motor/tranny/gear it needs.
