so i got my 4:10's put in a couple weeks ago and i love them. i also bought a diablochip from my friend and got it burned for the gears and to shift firmer. by the way i have an 02 auto GT. now that i put in the chip i can chirp 3rd gear on 275/40 street tires. that is soo cool to hear. my friends with 5 speeds can't even do it except a couple of them. as for gas mileage with 3:27s i got about 220 to a tank now i get like 205 to a tank. i went to the track the other day also and my previous time was a 14.5 @ 96 spinning and on my first run in humid weather launching off of idle on 20 psi in my nitto dr's i ran a 13.9 @ 98. just thought i would let yall know.

Congratulations on the 4.10s and the new times! How do the Nittos work with the 4.10s? I've heard that this combination can put a lot of stress on the rear end. Maybe it's more of a problem for those who dump the clutch with their manual transmissions.

Hell yes! Compliments about 4:10's are good, I just ordered mine today for my 4r70w, and ya'll are making me feel a whole lot better. 03-s281, I wonder why your SALEEN got squirly in 4th gear.....

Well, I was racing another saleen and powershifting, with 4.10's and street tires. It catches 4th just like it did in 3rd with my 3.55's.

the nittos work great with my car. i have 275/50/15's and at the track all i did was spin them like twice to clean them off and i launched off idle and didn't spin at all. launching at like 1500 i think i could knock off a couple tenths also lowering the pressure a little bit. i think they do put stress though because during normal driving they are hot from driving around and when i floor it, they just hook no matter what.
