Whats up guys, got the last piece to the upgrade which wasnt planned on but hey...my thinking is "if i do it right, i'll do it once."

Anyway, i found a thread where paul made a post of all the parts you need so i got all those, and i plan on making some sort of spacer to correct the driveshaft angle. Any idea what to make it out of? I was thinking just aluminum and drilling holes through it. How thick of piece do u guys use?

Let me know your thoughts guys

Let me know how the install goes because I will probably be getting the same transmission this winter or next spring.

yea i didnt plan on getting one till then too...but the stock t-5 was trashed inside when i got it apart...so good reason to upgrade.

I got a quick question to double check, i just flip the cross member 180* right?

I just put in a TKO500 and I used a FRRP aluminum driveshaft and a steeda 11/16 driveshaft spacer.I also changed the trans mount for a urethane version. What kind of clutch setup are you going with?

shouldnt have had to cut the floor to make it fit, mine fit perfect. i used a steeda d/s spacer and i wouldnt try to make one because if its not perfect your going to get a vibration. Nate, reply sent
