Got new stuff for car

i baught a 100 watt stereo for my 65 (hard to find one that fits ha ha) and two 300 watts 6x9's for the rear deck. can the stereo push it?

What is a 100 watt stereo? Do you mean amplifier? If the 6 x 9's can handle 300watts, 100 watts would be insufficiant.

If you're talking about a headunit, there's basically no chance that it's gonna put out 100 watts to anything. Given that you haven't said anything about what stereo you have, I would say that you can run the speakers off of it, but they would be happier and sound better if you got even a small amp for them.
