finally got my car started again. runs eral smooth, the engine seems to be breathing real good and seems more responsive with the TW heads. didnt get on it or anything i have no tune and am afraid to eat a piston. the AFR readings on my wideband are just sorta jumping around i am afraid of it. but the car drives smooth and runs suprisingly good. i am getting my tweecer in the mail in the next few days and hope to start tuning on the car, i already made a base tune to start with in my binary editor program i bought. so i hope it runs better and maybe i can get on it lol when i start seeing some better AFR. the WB reads a little lean. sorta of snuck on on the RPM with a little WOT, didnt show it richening up any. i didnt stay in it long and didnt go over 3500 so maybe it didnt have time. but there wasnt any sign of detonation and nothing got hot so iduno i will just try to tune with it.
the bad news. there is HOLE in one of the freeze plugs in the block, one of the ones behing the motor mount. i have NO IDEA how it happened. it never leaked at all before, never leaked yesterday it just started leaking over night.
its like there is a small pinhole in it just peeing water out. today i am going to try and use some JB waterweld to seal it up, if that doesnt work i will take it to a shop i think it can be replaced in car i duno (someone chime in on that) i just dont feel like tearing back into it again.
but it looks like the waterweld will take care of it.
stand by for pics and vids in the next few days!
